Products: by absorbing and assimilating foreign technology and innovating, enterprises have done a lot of research work in the aspects of energy saving, zero gas consumption dryer, natural gas suction machine, dissolving dryer, carbon dioxide recovery system, and achieved some results.
Enterprise: now a large number of strong backbone enterprises have been formed. Each has its own characteristics. Some enterprises have an annual output value of over 100 million, and some enterprises export more than 20% of their products. Some enterprises are mainly attacking natural gas.
Supporting enterprises: the supporting enterprises are closely related to the industry, they have their own characteristics, cooperate with the professional cleaning equipment factory, and achieve good results.
Sub standard committee: completed the compressed air quality test method, dryer test method, filter test methods and other standards for approval;
Trade associations: the Secretariat conducts investigation and research to understand the situation of the industry, provides advice for government departments in formulating various policies, provides advisory services and technical services for the industry, assists the general association to organize exhibitions, organizes industry information and technology exchanges every year, and helps enterprises to apply for famous trademarks.
Testing Center: completed the replacement of dryer, and requested more stringent, and promoted the progress of the dryer industry.
Hefei General Institute: completed the preparatory work of the State Key Laboratory of compressor technology, including gas purification equipment experimental platform, which can carry out scientific research on filter products.
Two, the "GB 50029-2014 compressed air station design code" was revised in 12th Five-Year. The new code pays more attention to the application of energy saving products, and plays a certain role in promoting the development of gas purification industry.
During 12th Five-Year, the gas purification industry took energy saving as an opportunity to increase R & D investment, and made significant progress in new product development, high-end manufacturing, standard patents and so on. Overall, during the 12th Five-Year, most of the enterprises have been well developed. Enterprises have begun to broaden their minds and expand their products or fields.
Three, problems in the development of the industry
1, intensified competition, homogenization of fierce competition, resulting in low product prices, product quality is good and bad, the real brand advantage has not yet formed. There are about 200~300 manufacturers of compressed air drying and purifying equipment in China. The competition of product homogenization is fierce. Although a large number of backbone enterprises have been formed in the gas purification equipment industry, the enterprises that are really bigger and stronger have not yet had a certain gap compared with the well-known brands abroad.
2, weak innovation capability, lack of R & D platform and common technology research.
It has not yet formed a virtuous circle of market competition for "generation generation, reserve generation, R & D generation". R & D investment accounts for a relatively low proportion of sales revenue; R & D personnel account for a relatively low proportion of employees; enterprises lack R & D platform.
The construction of research platform and test stand is the short board of enterprises. The purify enterprises are relatively small, but the purification experiment platform has high input requirements.
Gas purification industry is a new industry. Many theoretical and design experiences need to be perfected. Common technologies such as dynamic adsorption performance of adsorbent and filtration characteristics of filter paper are key points in the design of purification equipment, but lack of experimental data and design theory.
3, lack of talent.
Gas purification equipment industry belongs to a new industry. There is no corresponding curriculum in universities and colleges, and the industry involves many cross disciplines, resulting in difficulties in personnel training. Most enterprises also start from imitation foreign products, lack of relevant technical data and design experience, so it is difficult to cultivate skilled and skilled talents.
4, standard system (repair) set lag.
There are only two standards for the drier standard, namely, the cold drying machine and the suction machine. There is no test and requirement for the energy consumption of the dryer. There is a lack of energy saving products such as blast heating, regenerative desiccator and compression heat regeneration dryer.
