Pressure piping installation

Qualification requirements for pressure piping installation:

1. The installation unit with GA1 class installation qualification is qualified for installation of pressure piping in GA2 grade.

2. Installation units with GC1 class installation qualification, that is, installation qualification of pressure pipes corresponding to GC2 and GC3 grades.

3. The installation unit with GC2 class installation qualification is qualified for installation of pressure piping in GC3 grade.

General rules for installation of penstocks

1. In order to standardize the qualification accreditation work of the pressure piping installation units (hereinafter referred to as the installation units), we shall ensure the quality of the work. Pressure piping installation The implementation rules are formulated in accordance with the responsibilities of the State Council with the quality and technical supervision department and the provisions of the twelfth regulations on safety management and supervision of pressure piping (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations").  

Two. Units engaged in pressure piping installation within the scope of application of the regulations must have the qualification to install corresponding class pressure piping (hereinafter referred to as the installation qualification), and obtain the "pressure pipe installation permit" according to the detailed rules for implementation.

Three. Installation qualification category and classification:

    A and long distance pipelines are installed as GA.

1. The long distance pipeline that meets one of the following requirements is GAl grade:

(1) transport toxic, flammable, explosive gas medium, design pressure P > 1.6 MPa pipeline;

(2) transport toxic, flammable, explosive liquid fluid medium, transportation distance (transportation distance refers to the place of production, storehouse, the direct distance between the users for conveying the commercial media pipeline) and the pipe diameter of 200km or DN or more than 300mm.

(3) conveying slurry medium, conveying pipeline with a distance of more than 50km and nominal diameter of pipe DN equal to or equal to 150mm.  

2. One of the following conditions is GA2 grade of long transmission pipeline.  

(1) transport toxic, flammable, explosive gas medium, design pressure P less than 1.6PMa pipeline;

(2) pipes outside the scope of GAl (2);

(3) pipes outside the scope of GAl (3).  

    B and public pipelines are installed as GB classes.  

(1) GBl: gas pipeline;

(2) GB2: heat pipe.  

    C, Installation of industrial pipelines For the GC class, the levels are as follows:  

1. The industrial pipeline that meets one of the following requirements is GC1 grade:

(1) delivering GB5044 "classification of hazard levels of occupational exposure to toxic substances" stipulates that the toxic degree is extremely harmful to the medium.

(2) the risk of fire as specified in the GB50160 code for design of fire protection in petrochemical enterprises and the code for fire protection in buildings GBJl6 is class A, B class of flammable gas or class a flammable liquid medium, and the design pressure is P or more. 4.0MPa Pipes;

2. The industrial pipeline that meets one of the following requirements is GC2 grade:

(1) transport GB50160, "code for design of fire protection in petrochemical enterprises" and "fire prevention code for building design", which are fire hazard of class A, class B, flammable gas or class a flammable liquid medium, and design pressure of P < 4.0MPa; and (GBJl6).

(2) to transport flammable fluid medium and toxic fluid medium, design pressure P < 4.0MPa and design temperature greater than 400 degrees;

(3) conveying non combustible fluid medium and non-toxic fluid medium, and designing a pipeline with a pressure of P < 10MPa and designing a temperature greater than 400 degrees C.

(4) conveying fluid medium, design pressure P < 10MPa And design a pipeline with a temperature of less than 400 degrees.  

3. GC2 grade pipes that meet one of the following requirements are divided into GC3 levels:

(1) conveying the combustible fluid medium and toxic fluid medium, the design pressure is P < 1.0MPa And design a pipeline with a temperature of less than 400 degrees.

(2) conveying non combustible fluid medium and non-toxic fluid medium, and designing a pipeline with a pressure of P < 4.0MPa and design temperature below 400 C.
