Definition of nitrogen making machine
Nitrogen making machine is a device that uses air as raw material and uses physical method to separate nitrogen from oxygen and nitrogen. According to the different separation methods, namely deep cryogenic air separation method, molecular sieve air separation (PSA) and membrane air separation method, the nitrogen making machines used in industry can be divided into three types.

1. PSA principle of nitrogen adsorption by pressure swing adsorption.
PSA pressure swing adsorption nitrogen making machine uses high quality molecular sieve as adsorbent and uses pressure swing adsorption principle to directly obtain nitrogen from compressed air. The adsorption capacity of carbon molecular sieves is different from that of pressure. If the pressure is reduced, the oxygen molecules adsorbed by the carbon molecular sieve can be desorbed, so that the carbon molecular sieve can be regenerated, and it can be repeatedly circulated alternately and continuously produce high-quality nitrogen.
2. Nitrogen principle in cryogenic air separation system
Deep cooling air separation of nitrogen is based on air as raw material, after compression, purification, and then use heat exchange to make the air liquefied into liquid air. Liquid air is mainly a mixture of liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen. The boiling point of liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen is different (at 1 atmospheric pressure, the boiling point of the former is -183 C, and the latter is -196 C).

Nitrogen in membrane air separation is the separation of oxygen and nitrogen from air by using different gases such as oxygen and nitrogen in a membrane under different pressure.
